Devil's Lair Dance with the Devil Chardonnay is grown in the most southerly vineyards in Margaret River. The cooling influence of the Southern Ocean sweeps through the vines.

The handpicked grapes are crushed immediately upon arrival at the winery. They ferment in new and seasoned French oak barrels. The wine matures for eight months in barrel with lees stirring.

Vibrant straw green, Devil's Lair Dance with the Devil Chardonnay balances intense stone fruit flavours with layered, textured oak undertones. Cellaring potential is five years.
